fireworks from both Magic Kingdom and Epcot. A straight line drawn from the front door to the Disney border is
1.4 miles. You can also see Everest in Animal Kingdom from inside the community.
In contrast to other properties; Crystal Estate has space! Space to enjoy privacy, lawn recreation and magnificent
landscaping. The two OURS and THEIRS pictures above were taken at the same distance. Since pools are normally only 18 feet away in a typical Florida community, conversations are not particularly private. A neighbor may be closer to you than someone swimming in your pool! Our nearest neighbor’s pool is over 90 feet away!
